These terms apply when you use the LOCKD•N website or mobile app, buy a LOCKD•N band, or subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
Anything you put on your profile is published to whoever taps your band or opens your link — that is the purpose of the product. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant us only the permission needed to host and display it. Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates another person, or is intended to deceive. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks this.
Pro and Business subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.
We aim to keep LOCKD•N running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.
The LOCKD•N name, branding, software and band designs remain ours. Buying a band gives you the band and the right to use the service — not a licence to our brand or software.
You can delete your account at any time in the app, or at lockdnapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully. Deleting your account releases your bands and removes your profile; order records are retained where the law requires.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use LOCKD•N after a change means you accept the updated terms.
