We are sorry to see you go. If you want to delete your LOCKD•N account, please follow the steps below.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data, including profiles and NFC tag associations, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Steps to delete your account via Mobile App:
- Open the LOCKD•N App on your mobile device.
- Log in to your account if you haven't already.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm when prompted.
Request deletion via Email:
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at digitalhandshake@lockdnapp.com from your registered email address. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What happens after deletion?
- Your profile and account will be permanently removed.
- All personal information will be purged from our active databases immediately.
- Your NFC bands will be unlinked and reset for future use.
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled.
